Visual Inspections

After production, #DZXD poly mailers undergo a rigorous inspection to detect defects such as particles, film lines, scratches, and spots. Any imperfect mailers are removed, ensuring only top-quality products are for you.

Tear-resistant testing

We will remove a portion of the plastic mailing bag and use our testing machine to perform quality tests such as tear resistance and adhesive strength to estimate the defect rate. #DZXD Plastic mailing bag suppliers will also arrange special personnel to check the edge seal firmness and glue destructibility separately. If unqualified, we will remove the unqualified mailing bag before final packaging.

Dimension Specification

#DZXD Packaging Co., Ltd. uses a computerized cut-to-length system to ensure that each plastic bag is made to the exact specifications of your order. You will get the right size product --- Although we use computerized dimensional control, we still double-check the dimensions (length * width * thickness) with a micrometer and a thickness gauge.

Color Examination

The minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 5,000. Products of special design or degradable material require higher MOQ. Please contact our sales team for detail information.

We offer free stock sample with previous order logo(not custom logo), but you will be charged for shipping fee.

How long it will take to make a custom zipper bag sample and how much does it cost?

Sampling lead time is about 3~7 working days. Sample cost depends on bag size, number of printing colors and design. Please contact our sales team for exact sample quotation.

Besides, international shipping will be charged if customer need to receive physical sample.

What is standard production time and delivery time for zipper bags' order?

For quantity below 10,000pcs, it takes 7~10 working days for production, 3~15 days for express courier shipping.
